The Regional Court in Jelenia Góra prohibited Józef Burniak from spreading untrue information about the remuneration received by Bolesławiec's current mayor, Piotr Roman. In spots broadcast on Bolesławiec television, Józef Burniak said that Piotr Roman earned more than the mayor of Wrocław.
The court ordered Józef Burniak to correct the information. In a conversation with Boleslawiec.org, he announced that he would appeal the ruling.
