Due to the death of councillor Alojzy Skóra and the expiry of his mandate, he having run from list no. 17, the Electoral Committee of Piotr Roman’s Voters, the Lower Silesian Voivode ordered a by-election to the Bolesławiec City Council in District 10.

“This is a major test for me,” Wojciech Kasprzyk told us. “People do not look at the fact that I used to belong to a party. They simply know me and trust me. They see that I can help. The people of Forum trusted me, and the residents of District 10 confirmed it. I promise my voters that I will not let them down.”
