An application may be submitted by an entity holding legal title to an object entered in the register of monuments, arising from ownership, perpetual usufruct, permanent management, a limited right in rem or an obligation relationship. Grants may be awarded for work to be carried out in 2016. Detailed conditions for awarding the grant can be found in the Resolution. The deadline for submitting applications is 30 September 2015.
Applications prepared using the applicable form, together with the required attachments, should be submitted to the Jelenia Góra City Hall at 58 Ratuszowy Square (information point, ground floor of the town hall building) or sent by post to:
