Photographs and artwork can be submitted to the Polish-Czech “Our Izera Mountains” photography and art competitions only until the end of October. The organisers—Południowo-Zachodnie Forum Samorządu Terytorialnego “Pogranicze” in Lubaniu, Nadleśnictwo Świeradów, Regionalne Centrum Edukacji Ekologicznej in Lubaniu and Venkovsky Prostor in Libercu—warmly invite children, young people and adults from the following counties to participate: bolesławiecki, lubański, lwówecki and zgorzelecki.
The detailed competition rules are available on the website of the “Pogranicze” association. Information about the competitions can also be obtained by telephone from RCEE in Lubaniu at 0 75 722-68-35. Entries may be sent or delivered in person to: Regionalne Centrum Edukacji Ekologicznej w Lubaniu, Rynek – Ratusz 9, 59-800 Lubań, with the envelope marked: “Our Izera Mountains” art/photography competition. The authors of the finest photographs and artworks will receive book prizes, and their entries will be presented at a post-competition exhibition in November.
