The Bolesławiec County Governor, pursuant to Article 10(1) of the Act of 16 December 2010 on public collective transport (Journal of Laws of 2011, No. 5, item 13, as amended), hereby announces the preparation of the draft: “Sustainable Development Plan for Public Collective Transport for Bolesławiec County”.
The document can be consulted:

Comments on the above-mentioned draft document may be submitted by
4 September 2015:
- in writing to: Bolesławiec County Office, 12 Armii Krajowej Street, registry office (ground floor),
- by electronic means of communication, to the e-mail address: biuro@powiatboleslawiecki.pl, without the need to affix the secure electronic signature referred to in the Act of 18 September 2001 on electronic signatures (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2013, item 262).
Only comments received by the seat of the Bolesławiec County Office in Bolesławiec by 4 September 2015 will be considered.
The Bolesławiec County Governor is the authority competent to consider the comments.
