What conditions must an application meet?
A project proposal may be submitted by any adult resident of Legnica who obtains the support of at least 20 other adult residents of the given area for their idea. Projects may be carried out exclusively on land belonging to the municipality, and their functions must comply with the local spatial development plan. Investment proposals on the premises of educational institutions may concern only tasks related to sports and recreational infrastructure. The value of the proposed investment may not exceed the PLN 200,000 allocated to each of the city’s eleven areas, and the scope of the task must allow it to be fully completed during the 2016 budget year.
How do we submit an application?
The project must be prepared using the form available at the Municipal Office Information Desk on the ground floor of the Town Hall. The form is also available electronically on the www.legnica.eu and www.lbo.legnica.eu websites.
The application should include: a project summary; a justification describing the problem that implementation of the project will solve; estimated costs; a brief project description to be used in LBO information materials; the plot and precinct number where the investment is planned; and an indication of its location on the attached map, which can be printed from www.sip.legnica.eu.
Proposals should be submitted at the LBO Information Desk (8 Słowiański Square) by 30 June 2015.
