Film creators may use various film genres: reportage, interview, documentary, fictionalized story, etc. The film may be made by one person or by a team of no more than three people. The permitted length of the competition film is 10 minutes. To enter a film in the competition, a digital copy on CD or DVD in AVI or MPG format, together with a completed entry form, must be delivered by 19 October to the Centrum Integracji Kulturalnej "Orzeł", ul. The aim of the competition is to promote a healthy lifestyle; show the harmful effects of smoking on people, society and the environment; develop assertive attitudes; justify and strengthen attitudes committed to not smoking; present and promote creative film achievements; stimulate young people’s creativity; and help them learn and improve their skills in using filmmaking techniques and the language of film.
The competition is organized by Powiatowa Stacja Sanitarno-Epidemiologiczna w Bolesławcu and Bolesławiecki Ośrodek Kultury-Międzynarodowe Centrum Ceramiki. Honorary patronage over the competition has been assumed by: Jacek Klakoćar, Dolnośląski Państwowy Wojewódzki Inspektor Sanitarny, and Piotr Roman, Prezydent Miasta Bolesławiec.
