The works will be carried out along Plutona Street, from the intersection with Neptuna Street to Mars Street. They will include, among other things, replacing the road and pavement surfaces. Concrete paving blocks will be laid in place of asphalt. The stormwater drainage system will be reconstructed and manholes regulated, and another section of the Legman network will be built. The intersection of Plutona and Neptuna streets will also be reconstructed. The works are scheduled to be completed this summer. The cost will amount to approximately PLN 300,000.

Let us recall that the first stage of the reconstruction of Plutona Street was completed on 31 October last year. It covered the section from Galaktyczna Street to Neptuna Street. What was done? The asphalt surface was replaced with concrete paving blocks. The road foundation was improved. Paved-block pavements were built. And, something very important for residents, the car park and parking bay were expanded to provide 55 spaces, including four for people with disabilities. The construction workers installed additional storm drains and another section of the installation required for the Legman network. Green areas were also developed.

Recently, the following streets in the Kopernika housing estate have undergone extensive reconstruction: Moniuszki, Galaktyczna, Plutona (stage I), and Oś Kartuska, on the section from Neptuna Street to Mars Street.
