The IV-league BKS Bolesławiec footballers recorded their third consecutive victory. After defeating Górnik Wałbrzych (2:1), Bolesławiec defeated Miedź II Legnica (1:0) away from home. Paweł Rissmann scored the deciding goal in the 89th minute.
On Saturday, Bolesławiec hosted Łużyce Lubań. The fans could not complain about a lack of excitement. At the very beginning of the match, the referee disallowed a goal for the visitors after ruling that the player was offside. Later, Paweł Rissmann failed to convert a penalty awarded after a foul on Łukasz Rudyk. Rissmann’s shot flew over the Łużyce goal’s crossbar. In the 20th minute, following a team move, Łukasz Rudyk put the ball into the visitors’ net. In the 57th minute, the same player scored his second goal.
Despite the home team’s two-goal advantage, the visitors sought to score a goal to get back into the match. In the 58th minute, Jarosław Wichowski scored for Łużyce. The same player equalized in the 65th minute. However, the final word in the match belonged to Bolesławiec. In the 75th minute, Paweł Rissmann scored with a header after a pass from Grzegorz Nowak. BKS defeated Łużyce Lubań 3:2. The third consecutive victory moved Bolesławiec into third place in the IV-league table.
