For several years now, competition in the Polish Academic Championships series has been held on an annual cycle. It encompasses more than 30 sports, over 70 events and more than 15,000 participants competing at all levels. Such a large system requires proper organisation, so championship registration and verification are handled through an electronic database. This enables competitions to be organised efficiently and professionally.
This year, 92 women and 164 men from 38 universities across the country have registered for the Polish Academic Mountain Biking Championships (XCO format). The final days before the event may still alter these figures, but they are already impressive.
We would also like to remind you about the additional race, the “Jelenia Góra MTB Race”, which will take place on Sunday, 31 May, between the main women’s and men’s races. Registration is available at: https://online.datasport.pl/zapisy/portal/zawody.php?zawody=1679.
In addition, the organisers invite you to a free Training Seminar (entitled “Modern Cycling Training”) on Saturday, 30 May at the Hotel Mercure Jelenia Góra (starting at 5:00 p.m.). The lectures will be delivered by Daniel Paszek, Cyclo Trener, Diagnostix [“Fitness Testing in the Practical Application of Cyclist Training”], and Piotr Kosmala, Sportovia.com [“Sportovia – an Innovative Mobile Communication Platform for Coaches and Athletes”]. Detailed information about the training is available at: https://www.amp-mtb.pl/index.php/component/k2/item/23-seminarium-szkoleniowe.
