The Institute of Meteorology and Water Management warns of strong winds in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The issued statement reads:
Strong winds with an average speed of 35 km/h to 50 km/h and gusts of up to 100 km/h are forecast, initially from the south and later from the west. The strongest wind gusts (100 km/h) are forecast for the late afternoon of 31 March and initially during the night of 31 March/1 April, and again around midday on 1 April. Validity: from 2015-03-31 07:00:00 to 2015-04-01 18:00:00.
