The departments located in the high-rise building at 2 Piłsudskiego Square and in the building at 9 Zwycięstwa Street, as well as two county units—the County Family Support Centre and the County Building Supervision Inspectorate—will be relocated to the new headquarters at 12 Armii Krajowej Street. Despite the difficult move, the office’s work will not be interrupted, with the exception of individual situations:
- March 26 will be a non-working day for the Geodesy and Cadastre Department
- March 27 will be a non-working day for the Architecture and Construction Department
- March 30 will be a non-working day for the Communications and Transport Department.
The following departments and offices will remain at the County Office headquarters at Piłsudski Square (the so-called rotunda): the Environment Department, the Crisis Management Office, the County Budget Section, the County Authorities Office, the press officer and, of course, the County Board.
Work at the new office at Armii Krajowej Street will begin on March 30, 2015.
