In the primary school pupils’ competition, Emilia Turaczyk from Stara Oleszna proved unbeatable in the girls’ category. Małgorzata Miszko took second place, while Wiktoria Pisarska came third (both from Trzebień). In the boys’ competition, the championship title went to Kacper Deka from Trzebień, who finished ahead of Wiktor Wydmuch (also from Trzebień) and Wiktor Tomanik (Parkoszów).

In the lower-secondary school category, in which boys and girls competed together, Andrzej Bojarski took first place. Emilia Radwańska came second, while Jarosław Hutnik finished third (all three are from Trzebień).

The tournament’s largest category was the senior group, in which secondary school students and adults competed. Due to the wide age range, the oldest players’ competition was divided into three subcategories: women’s seniors, men’s seniors and senior plus.

In the younger senior group, Kamil Nebesny from Trzebień took first place. Close behind him in the final standings were Ernest Wiżgała from Nowa and Łukasz Nebesny (Trzebień).

Among the women’s seniors, Anna Latosińska from Trzebień proved the best player, defeating Anita Karpiak from Nowa in a direct three-set match. In the senior plus category, Ewa Parzygnat from Trzebień won with a perfect score. The next places went to Mirosław Wiżgała (Nowa) and Andrzej Pisarski (Trzebień).

The championships were organized by the Gminny Ośrodek Kultury i Sportu w Bolesławcu z/s w Kruszynie. GOKiS thanks Ewa Parzygnat, a physical education teacher, for her help in organizing the competition.
