The Information Society Development Foundation equipped the library with three Apple iPad Air 16GB tablets and accessories. The aim of the project is to provide public libraries with the tools, knowledge and inspiration necessary to introduce mobile services for users that support creating, learning and sharing with others, as well as to promote the image of public libraries as modern institutions that keep up with the latest global trends.
Thanks to the tablets, people visiting libraries can have free access to the Internet, acquire new skills through educational applications, create their own multimedia content and share it with others, develop their interests and improve their manual skills.
