– This term will certainly be easier. First of all, thanks to the voters, we received a greater vote of confidence, and secondly, my deputies and I on the county board have more experience. I would like cooperation with the municipalities to improve during this term, particularly with the rural municipality of Lubin and the municipality of Ścinawa. This is very important to me – says Lubin County Executive Adam Myrda.

Furthermore, the councillors elected the deputy county executive and a member of the county board. Nothing changed in this regard either. The county executive, guided—as he said—by trust and fruitful cooperation during the previous term, nominated Damian Stawikowski as deputy county executive and Ryszard Zubka as a member of the county board. Both candidates received the support of a majority of the councillors.

– I would like to point out that, just as during the previous term, the deputy county executive and the county board member will be non-full-time employees, which means they will not receive remuneration for performing these functions – adds Adam Myrda.

The only full-time member of the county board will be the county executive, who, in accordance with the resolution adopted by the councillors, will receive a monthly basic salary of PLN 5,890 gross, as well as a functional allowance, a special allowance and a long-service allowance.
