The football tournament in Belgium took place last week. Poland’s under-16 national team played Slovakia, winning 2–0. In the next match, Poland lost 0–1 to Serbia and Montenegro. In the final match, the team managed by Michał Globisz defeated Belgium 2–1. Alan Stulin scored Poland’s goal in that match. The player, who plays for FC Kaiserslautern on a daily basis, successfully converted a penalty in the 40th minute. Poland’s second goal was scored in the 52nd minute by Łukasz Szafran of Lech Poznań. Thanks to their victory in the final match, Poland ultimately won the entire tournament.
