On 3 November 2014, a conference summarizing the implementation of the Regional Operational Programme for the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in 2007–2013 was held in Wrocław. During the meeting, the “Lower Silesian ROP Leader” competition was decided.
Forty-two participants entered the competition, including local governments, institutions, universities, healthcare facilities, businesses and non-governmental organizations from Lower Silesia that had received funding from the regional programme.
The Karpacz municipality ranked among the ten best entrants with the “Construction of Parkowa Street” project, recognized for improving transport in the town.
