Alan Stulin, the son of former BKS footballer Sławomir Stulin, will play for Poland’s under-16 football team. Alan Stulin lives in Germany and plays for the FC Kaiserslautern youth team. He was called up to Poland’s youth squad as one of several players competing in the youth Bundesliga.

“After one of the tournaments, the national team coach called me and offered me the chance to play for Poland,” says Alan Stulin. The young footballer makes no secret of his joy at being able to represent his country. On his way to the training camp in Zielona Góra, Alan stopped in Bolesławiec, his hometown. “I haven’t forgotten the Polish language,” jokes the young FC Kaiserslautern player. Although he left for Germany 14 years ago, he still has many ties to our town. “I have family in Bolesławiec. My grandmother, uncle and aunt stayed here. I come back whenever time allows me,” adds the Polish international.

Poland will play in Belgium

The first training consultations for the newly selected squad were held in Gdańsk. From 1 to 3 March, the players will attend a training camp in Zielona Góra. After that, the Polish team will travel to Belgium for a tournament. On 6 March, Poland will play Slovakia. Two days later, the Polish team will face Serbia and Montenegro, while on 10 March the Polish players will take on Belgium.
