– We offer the services of Sudeten guides, UIMLA international mountain leaders (IMLs) and qualified tourism instructors (cycling and kayaking) – the Centre’s staff say. – We provide assistance in organising tourism events such as hiking and mountain rallies, cycling rallies, kayaking trips and excursions to more distant parts of Poland and Europe. The Centre is run by the Association of Alternative Forms of Tourism, Sports and Recreation “Tourism Without Borders”.

All this is thanks to the “Adventure with the Nysa” project, which aims to develop the Polish-German borderland for tourism as part of the European Territorial Cooperation programme Poland–Saxony. The project enables tourists and residents of border areas to use the Nysa as an exceptionally attractive waterway for kayaks and rafts. The project also includes a network of cycling, hiking and horse-riding trails. A break during a trip or kayaking excursion can be spent in specially prepared rest areas. Information boards with maps and tourist information make it easier to get around the region; they describe selected historic monuments and places of interest.
