The BTS Elektros Bolesławiec team needed a little over an hour on Saturday, October 11, to defeat KS Jelenia Góra on their home court. The entire match was controlled by the hosts. Bolesławiec won the match 3–0 (25–11, 25–16, 25–17).
Asked for comment, Jacek Łuczkowski, president of the Bolesławiec Volleyball Association, said only after the match: “There is an old volleyball expression: an hour with a shower.”
During the break between the second and third sets, Jacek Łuczkowski thanked Marshal Cezary Przybylski (the local government official attended the match) and the Marshal’s Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship for the volleyball scoreboards. He also presented the representative of the title sponsor, the Bolesławiec-based company Elektros, with a club T-shirt.
The Bolesławiec team is coached by Krzysztof Mosiądz.

Editor: “This is the third match of the new season and the first such decisive win. In your opinion, what contributed to such a good result in this latest match?”
Krzysztof Mosiądz: “In the first two matches, we primarily lacked teamwork and the ability to maintain concentration at key moments. Today’s match was completely different from the previous ones. Despite minor errors, we played good, well-organized volleyball. The team is gradually coming together, and you can see a team on the court. The other factor was the weaker opponent, who, despite fighting ambitiously, did not put up strong resistance. Our serve worked very well, allowing us to push the opponent away from the net.”
New players have joined BTS Elektros. From your perspective, how have they found their place in the team? What have they brought to it?
This season, new players joined the team, bringing a great deal of experience and energy to our play. We practically strengthened every position, which created sporting competition for a place in the starting six. They have adapted to the team very well.
BTS Elektros’ next opponent will be a team from Złotoryja.
We have a very important match ahead against Złotoryja, who have great ambitions to be promoted to the second league. It certainly will not be an easy match. Like our opponents, we also want to win, and we will do everything we can to make that happen. We will play on our home court in front of our own supporters.
