- most effective promotion – Stowarzyszenie Rada Odnowy Przesieki
- best tourism product – Gmina Miejska Kowary for Kolarski Wjazd and the “Kowary – Okraj” Mountain Run
- promotion of the region – Gmina Miejska Kowary for Kolarski Wjazd and the “Kowary – Okraj” Mountain Run
- best international promotion – Dr. Günther Denzler
- for creativity serving to build an attractive image of a tourism-friendly municipality – Witold Szczudłowski
- for lifetime achievement in support of tourism – Wiesław Dzierzba.
