Most listings on Bolesławiec’s secondary market concern the smallest buildings—those measuring between 100 and 150 m². It is in this group that we will find the cheapest property on the market. However, such a low price has its reasons: the house is located outside the city and requires renovation before it can be occupied. It may be an interesting offer for enthusiasts of pre-war architecture. The most expensive building of this size costs PLN 560,000.

Prices of houses measuring from 151 m² to 200 m² start at PLN 199,000 and end at PLN 650,000. At the highest price, we will become the owners of a carefully finished detached house with colourful interiors. However, we may hope to find a somewhat cheaper house meeting our criteria, as this category is dominated by detached, modern buildings sold in good condition. The average price is PLN 412,000, or PLN 2,400 per square metre.

In turn, among buildings with an area of 201 m² to 250 m² is the most expensive house in Bolesławiec and the surrounding area, valued at PLN 1 million. Despite its unremarkable shape, it features a high standard of finish and environmentally friendly solutions. Other buildings in this group generally require additional investment before they can be occupied, such as renovation. The average price is PLN 561,000, at PLN 2,400 per square metre.

The group of largest houses, measuring from 251 m² to 300 m², has the lowest average price per square metre of all size categories—just PLN 1,800. The relatively large number of buildings offered in developer condition contributes to this. The average price of a house in this group is PLN 503,000.
