On Wednesday (3 September), BKS defeated Hutnik Pieńsk 3–0 (1–0) in Pieńsk. The match was part of the second round of the Polish Regional Cup. Bolesławiec's team began the match with a reserve lineup. Coach Andrzej Kisiel gave an opportunity to the juniors who play in the Lower Silesian Junior League. Despite chaotic and rather nervous play, Bolesławiec's team took the lead as early as the 15th minute. Daniel Ziółkowski was fouled in the hosts' penalty area. Daniel Dudkiewicz confidently converted the penalty. BKS held its one-goal lead until halftime. Although the hosts played ambitiously, they were unable to threaten the goal guarded by Sebastian Łokaj.

Both teams produced a better spectacle in the second half. In the 48th minute, Daniel Ziółkowski struck at Hutnik's goal to make it 2–0 for BKS. The hosts also had their chances, but Sebastian Łokaj performed flawlessly in the BKS goal. In the 88th minute, BKS delivered a third blow. Łukasz Rudyk scored the third goal. The BKS player chipped the goalkeeper from Pieńsk.
