All children and young people aged 5 to 13 may take part. The aim of the initiative is to shape positive attitudes and behaviour towards fellow passengers on city buses, influencing the safety and comfort of travel.

Each participant may create one two-dimensional work using any artistic technique, whose subject matter relates to the idea of the competition—that is, appropriate and courteous behaviour on buses.

The deadline for submitting entries is 17 September this year. They may be delivered in person or sent by post to: Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacyjne, ul. Domejki 2, 59-220 Legnica. The back of each work must include the author’s first and last name, age, contact telephone number, residential address, and the first and last name of a parent or legal guardian.

The author of the highest-rated work will receive a tablet as a prize. The prize for second place will be a digital camera, and the prize for third place—an MP4 player.

The results will be announced and attractive prizes presented to the winners on 22 September at 11:00 a.m. in Legnica’s Market Square, during the observance of “European Car-Free Day”.
