In connection with preparations for the “Jakuby – Old Town Festival” and due to increased pedestrian traffic during the event—from 29 to 31 August this year—on the following streets: Daszyńskiego (on the section from the intersection with Struga Street to the intersection of Wrocławska and Iwaszkiewicza Streets), Wrocławska and Scultetusa (from the intersection with Wrocławska Street to Nowomiejska and Iwaszkiewicza Streets), a total ban on motor vehicle traffic will be in force.
The mayor asks residents of Wrocławska, Nowomiejska, Daszyńskiego and Scultetusa Streets not to block or obstruct the roadway from 29 August (8:00 a.m.) until midday on 1 September.
At the same time, the City Office informs residents that partial traffic disruptions will occur on 28 August in connection with the installation of the stage set.
Municipal officials apologise for the disruptions.
