We wrote about the matter at the beginning of June in the article The car wreck is an eyesore near the bridge in Kliczków. It turns out that the car is still there, although it is slightly less frightening because… it has been covered with bushes. Damian Tomiak, a councillor of the Osiecznica Municipal Council and administrator of the Kliczków in Lower Silesia fan page: “We thought that the matter of the car would never end, and today [w środę, 18 czerwca – przyp. „ii”] the car disappeared, but… behind bushes that were arranged so that the vehicle wreck could not be seen. Probably because tomorrow, on the occasion of Corpus Christi, a procession will pass through the streets of Kliczków and Osiecznica. But what will happen when the leaves fall from these bushes? Will we always cover the car wreck on the occasion of holidays? Will the person responsible for the car finally get to work? We’ll wait and see.
Let us recall: the incident took place at the end of May near the bridge in Kliczków (Osiecznica municipality). The driver of a passenger car lost control of the vehicle and ended up in a ditch.
On 30 May, police officers received a report about the incident. The vehicle was locked and the driver had disappeared. It was checked that the car had not been stolen. Its owner lives near Wrocław. Whether he was driving the car is unknown.
Everything that could be taken was stolen from the car. Several days after the incident, someone notified the fire brigade that the car had fallen down an embankment and was lying on its roof. Three fire brigade units were dispatched. During the night of 4–5 June, the car was consumed by fire. And… the firefighters were called again.
