The match in the final round against Karkonosze Jelenia Góra ended in a 1–0 (0–0) defeat for the Bolesławiec team. The only goal came in the 71st minute. The referee ruled that Bartłomiej Błoński had fouled a visiting player. The decision sparked strong protests from BKS players. In their view, the BKS defender had not violated the rules during his intervention. However, the referee remained unmoved by the protests. Marcin Pacan stepped up to the ball and confidently placed it in the BKS goal.

The result did not change. Karkonosze’s victory over BKS secured promotion to the third division for the Jelenia Góra team. As for BKS, it is still not known whether the team will remain in the fourth division. Everything depends on how many teams from our region are relegated from the higher divisions and on whether Ślęza Wrocław are promoted to the second division.
