Second place in the 10th “Why We Love Trees” Art Competition was awarded to the eleven-year-old participant in classes conducted at BOK-MCC by Edyta Orlińska.
The competition committee, comprising Krystyna Szczepaniak, Zuzanna Łobuś and Jacek Doszyń, recognized the young artist’s work: a glazed ceramic tile made of stoneware clay.
The award was presented during an opening ceremony held in Wrocław on 7 June. The competition was organized by Wrocławski Klub ANIMA. Its aim was to develop children’s and young people’s creativity and artistic sensitivity, stimulate their fantasy and creative imagination, popularize artistic activities, expand knowledge of various art techniques, enable children and young people to present their talent, and develop their ability to use non-verbal means of communication.
