The case was reported by “Gazeta Wrocławska”. The bailiff auction conducted by Anna Kuźmicka-Dudek, a bailiff at the District Court in Bolesławiec, took place in June last year. It concerned several plots near Bolesławiec. One of them—covering almost 3 hectares—was bought by Grzegorz Krukar, also a bailiff at the Bolesławiec court.
Krukar, as reported by “Gazeta Wrocławska”, paid PLN 38,600 for the land (the plot had been valued at PLN 50,000). Meanwhile, the former owner’s representative, who is also her husband, claims to have an expert report stating that the plot is worth half a million złoty. However, all the couple’s complaints were rejected by both the District Court in Bolesławiec and the Regional Court in Jelenia Góra.
As we read in the “Gazeta...” journalist’s report, everything was conducted in accordance with the law, and no ethical rules were breached either. Nevertheless, the Bailiffs’ Chamber in Wrocław recommends avoiding situations of this kind. Details can be found at www.gazetawroclawska.pl.
