The Games and Activities Centre opened on Saturday. "Its establishment is the result of observation and many years of working with children and young people," says Robert Tomczyk, the Centre’s organiser. In the former kindergarten, visitors can play table tennis and use computers with Internet access. Fans of various kinds of games will not be disappointed either. Those interested can use dart machines, table football and a pinball machine.
To ensure that nobody gets hurt, five adults—supervisors—are present at the Centre. Among other things, children can count on their help with learning. As Robert Tomczyk announces, the Centre’s offer will gradually expand. "In the future, we want to introduce new attractions to our offer. I would like both children and young people who are studying to attend the activities," Robert Tomczyk says.
The Games and Activities Centre is open all week. From Monday to Friday, it is open from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; on Saturdays and Sundays, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. All attractions prepared for children and young people are free of charge.
