For the most spacious apartments, measuring over 90 m², in developer condition in a newly built apartment building on Śluzowa Street, the seller is asking PLN 320,000–335,000. By comparison, for PLN 299,000 one can become the owner of a 132-square-metre terraced house (although it should be noted that it has only been brought to a shell-and-core condition), while for PLN 329,000 one can move into a fully finished 130-square-metre segment. Thus, for a similar amount, one can gain more space, albeit by giving up a prestigious location.
According to an analysis conducted by the Domy.pl portal, the average asking price of a second-hand house in Bolesławiec currently stands at PLN 446,000, while sellers want an average of PLN 2,645 per square metre. We will pay less in nearby Chojnów—an average of PLN 370,000 per building (PLN 2,470/m²). Asking prices were taken into account, and it is worth noting that transaction prices sometimes differ from them.
There are quite a few properties in the price range from approximately PLN 400,000 to around PLN 500,000. These houses are most often characterised by a considerable floor area, ranging from 150 to 240 m². Among the most expensive options are, for example, a 240-square-metre detached house of a high standard for PLN 819,000 and a 222-square-metre villa for PLN 950,000, distinguished by numerous amenities such as a central vacuum system and air conditioning.
