The structural pension ranges from PLN 1,200 to PLN 2,500. The amount of the benefit depends on the size of the farm being operated. It must cover at least one hectare. To receive the benefit, a farmer must be at least 55 years old and must also prove that they have worked in agriculture for the past 10 years and have been insured with the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund (KRUS) for at least five years.
Applications may be submitted from 2 August at the district offices of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture. In Bolesławiec, the agency office is located at 38 Komuny Paryskiej Street.
