The Bolesławieckie Towarzystwo Siatkarskie team ultimately finished third at the end of the regular season of the third-league Group A competition. There was no surprise at the top: the team from Oleśnica finished first with 36 points. The team from Legnica took second place (24 points). The team from Złotoryja finished fourth, with the same number of points as BTS. Our third-place finish was decided by a better set ratio. The standings are available on the website of the Dolnośląski Związek Piłki Siatkowej.

BTS will now play a two-leg tie for fifth place in the third league. Bolesławiec’s team will face TS Volley Żarów. The first match will take place this coming Saturday, 1 February, in Żarów. The return leg will be played a week later (8 February) at the sports hall of the Zespół Szkół Ogólnokształcących i Zawodowych im. mjra Henryka Sucharskiego in Bolesławiec (Komuny Paryskiej Street).

Bolesławieckie Towarzystwo Siatkarskie thanks the Bolesławiec County Board and Laura Słocka-Przydróżna, director of ZSOiZ, for making the sports hall at Komuny Paryskiej Street available free of charge.
