Abstract Composition - oil painting for sale

Abstract Composition- oil painting on canvas measuring 80cm x 60cm.Painted in June 2018 The painting is abstract, non-figurative, in the Action painting style. The paint was applied in thick layers, creating texture and relief. Some patches are applied over one another, creating new shades and contrasts. There are no traces of drawing or sketch here. The painting is the result of spontaneous and intuitive action.
From an aesthetic perspective, the painting can be assessed as dynamic and expressive. The color scheme is vivid and varied, dominated by red and yellow. These colors are complementary, meaning they strengthen each other. The painting has a strong rhythm and movement, emphasized by diagonal lines and patches. The painting evokes an impression of chaos and tension. The painting is available on my website link in the Sales section. Milena Olesinska
